Hello and welcome to Tangerine!  We are a boutique event planning design firm that plans a variety of events such as backyard weddings, destination weddings, corporate events, grand opening parties, birthday parties and red carpet events. We are available to travel worldwide and are also experienced in the Orange County, Malibu and Los Angeles area. We look forward to hearing from you!


This package is for the client who would love to not have to stress about any event planning details. We will help you plan every single detail from A - Z!


This package is for the client who has all of their event details planned out but wants to make sure they do not miss any important details or run into any bumpy situations on the day of the event.


This package is for the client who only needs assistance with some aspects of planning their event. Price varies on what the client needs. Please contact us for more info!


The following services can be added to your package if it is not included already or requested as an entirely separate service.


- Researching & touring ceremony & reception venues

- Addressing and mailing invitations & track RSVPs 
   (follow up calls included)

- Scheduling of hair & makeup appointments

- Seating arrangement assistance

- Master timeline arrangements

- Hand-made calligraphy invitations

- Consultations

- Additional time with day of coordinator

   (only needed if planning on needing coordinator for
    more than 8 hours)

- Contracting/negotiating with vendors: (baker, caterer,         florist, musicians/DJ, photographer, videographer,               officiate, transportation)

Please note:  All events will be quoted on a case-by-case basis based on the number of guests and the amount of coordination involved.  Assistant Coordinators are required for events over 50 people.  A travel fee of $0.50 per mile will also be charged if the event location is 50 miles from the zipcode 90740.
